Every time I walk in the door, I’m thrilled that my mother is living in Magnolia Springs. Everything about it is perfect for her! She’s extremely happy and so am I!

Magnolia Springs was a great fit for my dad. The staff help make the transition from home to Magnolia Springs easy. Everyone was so friendly, called him by name and was there to help him with whatever he needed. The facility was spotless. There were so many activities that everyone could find something they were interested in. It was a happy and positive environment and when my dad was asked if he wanted to move back home he would say that was his home.

Our experience with my father's time at Magnolia Springs in both assisted living and memory care was excellent. From the facility, to all levels of staff, they exceeded our expectations. The memory care staff is so compassionate and was able to get my father involved in activities, which I thought he would never do. Even the leadership at magnolia springs was easily approachable whenever we had questions.

My father stayed at MSL for about 3 moths and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention he received during his time there. From the moment we walked in, the facility felt welcoming and clean, and we were immediately put at ease by the staff’s professionalism and warmth. The facility itself is well-maintained with spacious rooms and a range of amenities that made my father feel comfortable. They offer a variety of social and recreational activities, which kept my dad engaged and active. I particularly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere, where everyone seemed genuinely invested in the residents’ well-being. The staff at MSL went above and beyond. From the care team to the housekeeping team, everyone was kind, patient, and responsive to my father's needs. The care was personalized, and it was clear they took the time to get to know him. I would definitely recommend MSL.

My Grandfather was a resident at Magnolia Springs for a brief amount of time after a fight with cancer. Even though his time there was brief, the community left a lasting impression on my family. Excellent care, service, medical support, and food. I would recommend Magnolia Springs to anyone looking for a caring place for their loved one.

My Family chose Magnolia Springs assisted-living for my mother after my father died. We are very happy she is there. That facility is gorgeous. We selected the one bedroom apt, which has ample space. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. They have numerous activities available that they try to get the residence involved in every day. They also have special parties, and the decorations for each holiday and season are so much fun. We are relieved that she is in a facility that is always watching out for her well being, including checks during the night to make sure she hasn’t fallen and is in her bed. We all sleep better knowing she is safe and not alone. We are very happy with the choice we made for her.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to move my father into Magnolia Springs Louisville three months ago. From the beginning, he felt right at home thanks to the warm, welcoming community & the incredible amenities. The restaurant serves delicious & healthy meals and he’s enjoyed participating in social activities that add so much to his quality of life. The facility itself is upscale, comfortable, spotless, modern, and bright, and truly feels like a community of residents, staff, and family. The staff members are friendly, genuinely caring, and always available to assist, which makes all the difference in feeling confident about this choice. This is truly high-quality senior living at a less-than-expected cost. Our trust was further confirmed when my father-in-law also decided to make it his new home. Knowing they’re in such capable, compassionate hands brings us tremendous peace of mind. I can’t recommend Magnolia Springs Louisville enough—exceptional experience!

My mom moved into Magnolia Springs because she became lonely living at home alone despite services in place like private caregivers, home delivered meals, etc. She was only there about 4 months before she had to be hospitalized and unfortunately she passed away before she could return. Despite early stage dementia, she met new friends and became involved in activities of her choice. She was happy being able to socialize with her peers and become active again in a loving atmosphere.

Magnolia Springs is the best place for my family. The care, attention and most of all the friendliness that the staff gives everyday is what sets this facility apart. My parents love the many activities, special events and outings. I know they are safe and happy which says it all!

Magnolia Springs is a lovely place to live - beautifully decorated and laid out. However, the best part of this facility is that everyone who works there is friendly and caring!

It’s always a a beautiful place to go. The staff is friendly and caring.

We are very pleased overall. There is one big problem that we along with other residents that needs a soluton. THE DINING ROOM IS ALWAYS COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Dining should be a pleasing experience. It is not and is a major problem for us, Not as important but there are also cold areas in the hallways. All of the staff and services have been great. The cold dining room is a MAJOR problem for us.

Staff is very friendly. Residents always seem very well cared for.

My grandmother lived on the memory unit for a little over a year. What an amazing facility all around. The support that was given to her and the family gathering celebrations around the holidays made the transfer to memory support care easy not only for the family but for my grandmother. Thank you

We are very pleased with Magnolia Springs. The accommodations and the staff have met all expectations. They've been very responsive to meeting our needs.

In our experience the: Personal Caregivers demonstrate care and concern, often just checking in or say hello when they feel like my mom may need a visit. Housekeepers are wonderful and even make an effort to know the residents so that the residents feel comfortable with them. Maintenance Staff seem to always be willing to please when someone needs something repaired and are always timely in response. The staff has been very encouraging to my mom. Although she doesn't participate in some of the activities there. They are always trying to find ways to keep her engaged and have been supportive. The staff has always been welcoming and work together to support the residents in any way they can.

My high school friend moved to Magnolia Springs 14 months ago. I live 2 hours away and visit her at least every quarter. No matter what day or time the staff is always friendly and helpful and impressed that all the staff we come in contact with knows my friends name. If I call with questions or requests they are answered or acted upon immediately. If you are looking for a new place I highly recommend Magnolia Springs.

My Parents were treated with care and respect. The staff loved them so much. The staff is caring and loving and they were in such good hands. The extra services of Physical Therapy and Occupational therapies in-house were some of the best benefits for my parents.

From the moment we walked in, everyone knew This was the place for Mom! Each and every Director, as well as the office, cleaning, and food service staff were genuinely caring and concerned about her needs, and ours as well. After a month, she is completely comfortable there, and considers the entire building her home. We could not be more pleased.

Magnolia has provided my parents a very comfortable accomodating place to live. The room size is adequate. The facility provides every type of activity a person could want. All staff members have been kind, friendly and available when needed. It has been a great choice for our family.

My wife and I have lived in Magnolia Springs about 9 months and enjoyed every minute. 1). Facilities are clean and attractive and accommodate our needs. 2) Staff and employees are very friendly and helpful. If we have a problem staff members cheerfully help out 3). The garage has been very useful and our rooms are comfortable. 4) Food is quite good and dining room staff have been very helpful and service oriented. 5) The regular trips to stores, sightseeing and touring the area have been excellent.

The facility is beautiful and the staff is friendly and attentive to their residents’ needs. I hear it is comfortable and the food, activities and special events are enjoyable. They are happy and getting the medical attention they need.

My husband and I moved in [date removed] and the people who live here and all of the staff are very friendly . The staff knows everyone’s name and will always ask how things are going and if you need anything. They have alot of activities and even a small theater showing movies. There is so much here that they do for you it’s impossible to list them all. I would recommend Magnolia Springs to anyone who need’s assisted living.

Magnolia Springs provides excellent care for my mother. The staff is very friendly, caring and efficient. I wanted the best assisted living facility for my mother and I found it at Magnolia Springs.

From the tour to the move in, everything has gone great. The staff is so sweet and encouraging despite a challenging situation with my elderly father. They have great services, beautiful Place, lots of activities and you just get a sense that the team loves working there.

Placing your family member that needs extra care anywhere is super scary, of course. All of the staff at Magnolia Springs on Whipps Mill Road are very attentive, patient, kind, supportive and encouraging (which my mom really needs!). So thankful I found them! I highly recommend!

When you need help immediately, Magnolia Springs met all of our needs. The Director of Sales, was very professional, helpful, made our decision easy, awesome customer service, many insights and solutions to our situation. The Director of Memory Care, is very knowledgeable, easy to give us advice on how to handle our situation and our loved one. The updates and ensuring our loved one has awesome care has taken a burden from the family. When I mention Magnolia Springs to friends, the response is always—I heard that is a awesome facility.

They get 5 stars for everything - so far they have been just fabulous! They were super friendly right off the bat - and the staff really helped my aunt adjust to being there. I knew my aunt would be happiest at this facility right away. They made sure that she and I knew that that they were there for her!

The staff at Magnolia Springs are great. They seem really concerned about me and my needs. The only problem area is the food . It is just not like my wife's home cooking. I win at BINGO a lot. I like the weekly "Joy Ride".
