The management and entire staff are very wonderful and accommodating to my mother-in-law. They are quick to respond to any requests and are very kind and amicable. The food and quality of care is incredible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their next home.

My father was admitted for rehab after battling with some health issues. The staff is beyond incompetent. Ignored my father when he needed help and hit the call button multiple times. Neglected to give him his medicine in a timely fashion - morning meds that need to be taken at 8am were not given until 11am after I called and threatened to get an attorney involved to the administrator. Failed to give him a walker after he had asked multiple times and finally did after my call with the administrator. He had no physical therapy session, not even a discussion of one. Also, the place was disgusting; staff left their dirty gloves and gowns on the floor and overflowing in the trashcan. Food served is barely enough to sustain a toddler. Staff is extremely rude to patient and family members especially if you have concerns with care. Pure negligence all around. My father was there for one day and for his health and safety I took him home. Would never recommend this place. In all honesty it should be condemned and doors closed for good.

Great new management team and awesome rehab!

My mom was a resident here and she came home much stronger and able to live independently I would recommend Mayfair to anyone who needs a place for one of there loved ones to go !

Unspecified · February 2025

Mayfair Manor is a wonderful place to work and the nurses and aides strive to provide excellent care!

My father in law was sent there because ther rehab places were full. Wish in hindsight we would have taken him home. It was during covid lock down. So someone with severe anxiety should never have to go through lock down cause it didn't help him. We couldn't see him except through a windows if they would wheel him to it. And the night they called to say he had past they said he had been sitting up on side of bed talking and interacting with everyone. Dad was a quiet person who didn't socialize with anyone except family. And he wasnt able to move around so that was another red flag. So I knew that was a lie. Anyway they said they were making rounds and saw his bedding was wet. So they said they went to get bedding and when they returned he was laying in bed and was non responsive. At that point the said he was gone. Now let me see. He was sitting on side of bed and in less than 10 minutes he laid back in a wet bed covered up and died. No no no. When they made rounds he was probably already gone. And made up story to cover the fact that he had been gone for a bit so it didn't bring suspicious thought. And when we requested his medical records they told us we would have to go to court to get them even though we were POA. Now had we not gotten alot of red flags about that night we would have never asked for records. Plus when we asked for his personal items back they couldn't find his cpap machine or clothes. Later on weeks after his death they called with the machine and 4 articles of clothing. Which was not all of his belongings. So before you take your loved one there please think twice.

What a wonderful loving staff and beautiful surroundings

My grandmother stayed here and had a great experience. The facilities were very clean and Emily was so nice and caring to my Granny. Happy to find a place that treats the elderly with the respect they deserve.

Unspecified · September 2024

Mayfair Manor is an exceptional place with truly caring individuals. They have recently completed some redecorating, and the building looks fabulous! Most importantly, they give excellent care!

Unspecified · June 2024

There’s ALOT that could be said but I’ll keep it short… only made it there a month and a half as a CNA. The things that I saw from my unit coordinator were just down right inappropriate! They took our wipes away and we were forced to use linens such as wash clothes, towels, even sheets! So many residents with potential but therapy is more concerned about who they can report. ADMIN walks around like her facility is top notch when really it’s SHAMEFUL! Then to have a DON that has no experience in a healthcare field is crazy… to end it all it’s basically a place to go to work and do the bare minimum to care for your residents to make it look good! I wish I worked for the state because THIS facility would be the FIRST to be shut down!!!! Families who have loved ones there… start pulling those sheets and blankets back, start checking your loved one out a little closer…. I guarantee you will see ALOT for yourself! Broke my heart to see such sweet people getting the bottom of the barrel care.. was going to put a call in to MRS.TRACEY but I got out of there QUICKLY and am not looking back!!

Unspecified · June 2024

Mayfair is probably the worst facility I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen some horrible facilities!! The management is terrible and unprofessional and have poor management skills! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even out of desperation! Sad when a company’s budget is more important than the care the residents receive

Mayfair Manor is a great place to work

Unspecified · April 2024

The stay her was excellent after the first day! Heather was good to address and the other two weeks was kinda fun and very plesant thanks for the stay and I appreciate thanks and keep up the good work DSC

Unspecified · March 2024

My grandfather was here last year and had a great experience. Nurse aids and nursing staff were caring and compassionate. I highly recommend.

Unspecified · March 2024

Mayfair Manor has been utterly amazing to both me and dad as we have navigated his recovery from hip replacement. The administration esp. Mrs. Heather to the nurses and CNA’’s have been so caring and very genuine in their care for my dad. I can not say enough that if you or a loved one is in need of quality rehab care, I would highly recommend Mayfair Manor.

Unspecified · January 2024

My Mom recently went here for inpatient rehab after breaking her hip. She was there less than a week. They had not had her out of bed the whole 5 or so days she was there. No therapy was attempted and she ended up with Pneumonia and back in the hospital. Her (free, broken) cellphone was stolen and there was no help from staff. They literally acted like it was nothing. There weren't any patients out of their beds at all. I think they are horrible. I am considering getting the media involved. IDO NOT RECOMMEND.

Unspecified · December 2023

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: The Good: most of the staff were remarkably excellent. The rehab specialists are very knowledgeable and very professional The food was quite good. The Bad: the facility is in mediocre condition. Chairs and mattresses need replacing. While there the bathroom developed a leak and remained that way for at least 3 days. I was told they did not have the equipment to fix it. I bailed water out of a plastic container every several hours. We arrived on a Friday. It was Sunday before we received necessary toiletries such as wipes, towels and tissues. Since we came in on a Friday we were not allowed to communicate with the Nurse Practitioner about a critical medication that my husband needs. I was repeatedly told we would see him on Monday. The Ugly. I got in a yelling match with my husband’s nurse. Yes, I lost it but she refused to listen to me when I repeatedly explained to her that my husband’s Parkinson’s medication must be given on time! Finally and in summation. Mayfair Manor. Is owned by Signature, a for profit corporation. They are most concerned about profit not patient care. They allow understaffing and cuts to needed equipment and supplies. If it wasn’t for most of the staff, I would have gone lower in my rating.

My grandfather was sent here for rehab I was so scared because I had read a lot of bad reviews but things must have changed because he loved being there . The staff was great, he enjoyed the food & they would give him snacks anytime he asked . He enjoyed the activities they would have & he’s became best friends with the roommate he had . He had to do physical therapy 5 times a week & they stayed on it . Everyone & everything was amazing & im thankful for them for helping my papaw get some of his strength back & taking such great care of him . It means a lot .

Unspecified · November 2023

THE WORST!!!! If I could give Zero stars I would! I cannot begin to tell you how disgusting this faculty is. My mother-in-law was sent here for rehab after a hospital stay and we were in shock with the conditions. We knew from the start once we arrived that we would not be allowing her to stay. We quickly started forming a new plan to have her released. The administration is rude and not helpful. The only shining light was the young receptionist at the front that was friendly. Beware before taking or sending your loved one here! The care is marginal at best but once you enter everything speaks for itself!

Unspecified · October 2023

Terrible, just terrible. Do not send your loved one here. They will decline, not improve. This place should be closed down for negligence!

Unspecified · September 2023

My husband recently passed away at Mayfair. The care he received from the aides, and Nurses was outstanding. The place is clean. Thanks to a wonderful floor maintenance and laundry manager, the building is well-maintained. Thanks to a maintenance manager, systems work. He’s great,. The front office, however, it’s not as friendly and kind as they seem. I was outspoken because I wanted my husband to have the best care possible. I sometimes made suggestions, that were evidently not appreciated. I never said a negative word and tried to always give Mayfair a positive spin because I thought the new Director was doing a great job in spite of many challenges. I have since changed my mind. When my husband died, the night receptionist came flying down the hall, put her left arm around my waist, put her left shoulder against my right shoulder, put her right hand on my right upper arm , began pushing me and said let’s go let’s go let’s go. I broke away and said I wanted to kiss my husband goodbye one more time. I did. I was in shock and not thinking. She then grabbed me the same way again and began rushing me down the hall. There were three witnesses to this. If I slowed down, she would say, uh-uh, let’s go - keep going keep going. I stopped in the lobby and said I would come back and pick up his things the next day, and was told she would do everything, and I could pick things up in the office. Then she continue to push me into the vestibule, closed the door, turned around and walked down the hall, leaving me all alone. I walked out onto the porch and stood there in bewilderment. I didn’t even realize for 24 hours what a horrible experience that was. Once the shock wore off, I realized I was not given any condolences, I was not allowed to sit with my husband husband in those last few minutes when his brain might’ve still heard me. I think in that particular receptionist’s mind, she finally got rid of that woman. I don’t believe she would’ve done so unless she felt she had the blessings of the front office. They have evidently smiled at my face and cut me the ribbons behind my back all along. The receptionist did not consider me a human or as a grieving widow who had just said goodbye to her sweet husband of 60 years. What she did was cruel and cold beyond measure. I told the Director about it two days later, and she said ‘well the family is supposed to get to sit with the deceased as long as they want.’ She didn’t look particularly upset. I think she was happy. I was gone also. They smile at you with pretty smiles, but those are masks. The front office people are just trying to make the bill- players happy, until you die. Then they want nothing more to do with you. That place received over $115,000 for my husbands so-called care the 14 months he was there . We had long-term care insurance, but I had to pay all co-pays for medicine and doctors visits. They were considerable. I would not recommend putting anybody in this place. Three of the really good, caring, dedicated nurses have left and each of the three has said she was leaving because of the management. I heard one of the new aides hired from a facility that recently closed verbally attack the nurse on duty.. Some of that staff from the closed facility was moved to Mayfair. This one was yelling at the nurse so loudly that several of us stepped out of the rooms of our loved ones to see what was going on. They allow this type of behavior. I cannot say enough good about the aides who have been there all along, Same for the remaining nurses. Same for all the people who actually do the hard work there. The management staff? They’re pretty rotten to the core. Oh, the kitchen does the best it can with the little money they are given from corporate to operate, but the food is generally pretty bad.

Unspecified · September 2023

The problem shown in the past must have been greatly corrected by the time I got there. The physical therapist and occupational therapist were outstanding the entire staff were very responsive to needs even though I thought they were understaffed as most are these days with government regs not providing enough. The food was exceptional the kitchen had two young ladies that made most of the food from scratch no prepackaged Frozen stuff. If there was one thing I could do for them it would be to give them more nurses on staff because they need it. But still my experience was excellent and I know that sometime in the next 10 to 15 years I will probably need their services full time and they will be the first place I check on..

Unspecified · May 2023

My family was looking for a good nursing facility that could rehabilitate my mother in law, Mayfair manor was the perfect choice. I can’t brag enough on the Entire staff, nursing- truly compassionate and caring, therapy dept- does a amazing job ( patient, caring, and deeply invested in the betterment of their residents) , the facility is clean and well maintained. You get the feeling of pride as soon as you enter the building and it doesn’t stop at the door after my mother in law was discharged multiple staff members would ask how things were going. The fact they follow up and genuinely care speaks volumes. If you’re like us and are looking for that special place for the care of a loved one Mayfair is that place! Thank you Mayfair ❤️ you set the bar for long term care.

My mother has had 3 stays for rehab at Mayfair. The entire staff has been exceptional and have went above and beyond to meet her needs. I know when I leave her, she will be treated like their own family and I couldnt ask for more. The facility is clean and well taken care of. It's a very nice and welcoming atmosphere, especially compared to some facilities we've visited. Should she need rehab in the future, I won't hesitate to return to Mayfair Manor!

Unspecified · May 2023

The facility is clean and well taken care of. From dietary, to therapy, to nursing, to the front desk, all staff are incredible and go above and beyond. My mom has stayed 3x for rehab and and I wouldn't hesitate to take her there again if/when she needed. I'm very grateful for their compassion and care.

Unspecified · May 2022

Very very pleasant experience! I hate to leave the support and friendship I received during my rehab stay. I made many friends here. Would definitely return if I need therapy again!

Unspecified · March 2022

When I visited Mayfair Manor, one of the first things I noticed was how clean the building was. All of the residents I passed in the hallways were happy and the staff was so friendly. In the future, if I ever need any rehab care or long term care, I can only hope to end up in a place as friendly and welcoming as Mayfair Manor.

Unspecified · March 2022

If I could give this place a zero I would my father in law was placed here for rehabilitation. He was mistreated & kept nasty . When we was able to bring him home he was covered in human waste literally it was dried & in his ear. Bed sore on his bottom he was riddled with a UTI and so much more medical issues that has even almost costed him his life . Staff was extremely mean to him as there was even a report regarding it & they NEVER updated us on anything. There excuse they never seen me there ….. I was there a few times during his short stay but still if I was or wasn’t they still don’t have the right to treat a love one that way. Do your love one & your self a favor DO NOT send them to this place .

Unspecified · February 2022

My 92 year old mother is at Mayfair for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. I have met and watched a number of the staff from aides, to nurses to therapists over a 2-week period. First, they are very well staffed which is extremely challenging these days. Second, to a person, they see the work, not as a job, but rather as a calling. They love making a difference and it shows.

Unspecified · January 2022

It is a family environment. From the moment I came into the building I was welcomed. There are wonderful activities for residents. Update: I wish I had never given this review. Holidays always give a warm feeling that vanishes when the season to be jolly fades. The resident activities were really good though.

Unspecified · September 2021

A wonderful place to work

Unspecified · August 2021

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received

Unspecified · June 2021

My stay here was very good. The staff are good people who really care about your needs.

Unspecified · June 2021

This is such a warm, welcoming place! The staff truly care about their residents.

Unspecified · May 2021

Everyday I would go in, things of my father's were stolen. Brand new clothes, his food, electric razors, had sores. We got him to proper place, plus the new place took him off most of his medication immediately!!!.. saying that he didn't even need it. I think they kept him drugged. My mother's wallet was stolen out of her purse when she walked down the hallway to the nurses station briefly. She called me immediately and the police had to come in. If you go here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you get a baby cam, a hidden camera so that you can watch everything it will be to your advantage!

Unspecified · May 2021

It is fun I would recommend Mayfair to others needing therapy
