Have worked at this facility for 6 years almost and this is the only one I have found that feels like home. We are one big family!

Morgantown Care and Rehab is staffed with loving and caring staff that treat their residents like family! The therapy department is second to none and enjoy so many rehab to home success stories. If your looking for quality care on a long term basis, rehab to home or even respite care, Morgantown Care and a Rehab is the place for your loved one!

Lazy incompetent ancillary staff! Coming to work looking like they just got up and hopped in the car. Facility nasty as residents smell of urine and feces!! Steer clear there is a reason it’s dirty inside! Tou will find a food tray still in rooms with bugs swarming over it as if no one sees it! This place a mess just like many others in this area and throughout the south! They hire anybody y’all better pay better attention to these filthy places that put anyone near your family member! I really can’t see how many walk around all day inside places like this with urine smells and dirt so thick on the surfaces of things it’s repulsive! Healthcare is in the dirt!

I had my dad here and they took real good care of him tthis is a good place they was all good to my dad never had to worry about him if something was wrong they always talk to me and my mom they are a great bunch of people

Great staff and a wonderful Director. I haven’t encountered a rude person. All are caring and feel like family. My Mom has been well taken care and loved. Thanks to you all

This facility is one of the best. The employees and staff go above and beyond taking great care of their patients and truly making them feel at home. You will definitely have peace of mind placing a family member here.

This facility is more than a place for elders. The CNAs, Nurses, Management, social services, dietary, activities and so much more treat everyone as their own family. They are so compassionate and have so much love for all of the residents that come to Morgantown Care and Rehab. I am truly blessed to know them and spend time getting to know each of the residents here!!

I think this is a very clean place with very nice workers. They have always went out of their way to be good to me and take care of me. I would highly recommended morgantown to others.

This is Literally the Most Friendly Atmosphere I Have Ever had the Pleasure of being in! Not Only as a Caregiver but Family Member! The Staff is absolutely Amazing and Building is Beautiful! And Admin Top Notch!!! Just Love the Family Vibe!!!!

My name is jessica king and I am a CNA at Morgantown care and rehab. I am blessed to be working at this great facility. We have a very hard working staff all the way from admin to CNA's. It is a very family friendly facility and our main goal is caring for our elders and we do just that!! I would def recommend to my family. We strive to make our elders time here the best it can be.

I was so impressed with the Morgantown facility during my visits this week. The camaraderie between the residents and the staff was just amazing. It felt like a true home-like atmosphere. The residents looked so cared for and the place was so clean and tidy. Very impressive Morgantown Team! Way to lead by example in caring for the residents you care for!

My pap was placed here at the beginning of Covid March of 2020. It’s nicer than the Facility he was in! They make it possible for us to see him through window visits or video chats. He seems very happy there! The staff is very good about contacting us with important information. Karleigh and Janie have been true angels during Covid with taking care of him and assuring us he is taking care of!

Great place, local and family based atmosphere.

Placed my mom hear. Thinking if it was local it would be better. Well that’s a no. 1. Lost my moms clothes. Still haven’t found them. I set doctor appointments to suit my schedule so o can go. They changed it to suit their drivers schedule. Can never reach anyone after 2 on any day. Moved my mom to another room, never notified they moved her. Lost some of her clothes again. Had appointment for Social Services department called, to reschedule due to work schedule. We discussed some things and guess what nothing happened and she went on vacation and other SS lady called me. Knew nothing of what I’d discussed prior. Called today no one in business office. Do I guess you don’t get paid this month. I’m am seriously looking into moving my mom. Oh yeah gave her the first round of COVID vaccine without out my consent. I got a call from someone asking permission for second round on Jan 19. That’s how I found out. Your administrator never returns calls.

I Recently visited for the first time, everyone was overly friendly and willing to help me find my family member.

My mother was a resident here until she died. She was treated so special by all the different departments.My brother and sister were really happy with the care she received here. The staff here are so loving and caring.We are so fortunate to have such an outstanding facility in our county and community.The administrator is supportive of staff,the residents who live there, the families ,and the visitors.The Don and administrative staff work together to improve the lives and comfort of each and everyone who resides there and they are an inspiration to the staff.MCRC is greatly supported by Dr. Hammad and his staff,Dr.Shalini Chhabra and Dr. Todd Douglas.

Upon walking in you can feel the family atmosphere. You are greeted with a smile. You hear music and laughter. You see residents playing games. The cleanliness is a A plus!

This facility is the definition of Hometown. Friendly staff, caring nursing professionals, and a beautiful environment. Everyone knows everyone on a first name basis. Signature of Morgantown goes beyond with making sure that this location is not seen just as a long term care facility. This place is nice but when I went looking for a CNA job they where not very understanding of a single mother that was aseadond CNA would not even give me thought.iknow all nursing homes need CNA But other wise this place is a very nice place.

This is a beautiful facility! The team works well together to provide great patient care.

I have several friends at Morgantown Care and Rehab. This is an awesome place. Elders are well cared for and very loved. Staff is attentive, and family like. Would recommend to everyone!
