Signature HealthCARE of Glasgow Rehab & Wellness Center

If you are considering sending a loved one here to stay, please dont. My grandmother was admitted here to complete 2 weeks of physical therapy. When she went in she could walk 250-350 feet unassisted. Upon leaving this facility she could not walk on her own at all, with or without the aid of a rollator, cane, etc. She was left in diaper(didn't need diapers before being sent here), covered in her own urine and feces for hours. Upon pressing her call button for help, they got so fed up with her requests that they unplugged it. Her skin was torn and cut, had pressure sores on her behind from sitting in her own waste for excess periods of time. She was bruised so badly on her leg that DCBS had to be called in to investigate. The nurses are not trained properly(or simply just dont care) on how to transfer patients, resulting in these injuries(bruising and skin tears). One of her specialists requested her to not be on a specific medication 3 times, told staff here at signature to not give her that medication(they still gave it to her all the way up to her release). Upon release from this facility her ammonia, potassium, and sodium levels were so bad that she had to be admitted to the Medical Center in Bowling Green for nearly a month straight. You cannot get ahold of anyone, nothing gets done, and you come out worse than you came in.

Physical therapists were good. Night shift was very good to me. First few days were a slow start to my stay. They took their time getting my medication. Food was barely ever warm.

The administrative staff at Signature of Glasgow are some of the most caring people. The building is well kept and clean. This place is definitely one of the best!

This place sucks at the fact the first time my mom was there I could not get a hold of anyone for hours when I did they were rude and ask me if my Mom had a cellphone and why didn't I call that phone I explained that the phone was dead why you think I'm calling you and now for the second time my mom was sent there by the tj Samson hospital I been trying all day to contact my mom she doesn't have her cell I call the phone rings and rings and rings when they did pick up I ask nicely to speak to my mom I got sent to another phone that just rang of the hook not one person picked up good thing me and my dad aren't dying my mom wouldn't know I think it's a shame that you have a staff that doesn't care to answer a phone smh what a place to work for huh sincerely David McCoy

Excellent place to be

Mom has been really pleased with her treatment here. Staff is excellent.

I was very scared I would be put in a place where they treat you like a pay check and not a priority. But instead I have found this to be a very good home. They are willing to go far and beyond to help make you comfortable. Only thing is there is a few what purposely bloe you off if you need something because they get so much thr we w at them at once and catch negative. Negative vibes like they just don't have time to make your needs a priority but only a few. But once you say something v they immediately apologize. The staff. I've gotten better since I've been here and they listen when I tell them and make all medication changes and are on time with meds. Over all I feel like home and they take the time to understand some of us have Noone they make us feel apart of there family I'm forever greatful.for all they have done for me. The food tho that's another story. Some things is way to bad to eat. They run out of things that is suppose to be on our tray very frequently but will find something like pj sandwiches in return. So they work with us if we address a problems.

This is my second time here and I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone was wonderful to me!!!

My mother of almost 83 years was very pleased with the care from everyone. Everyone treated us with respect and greeted us with smiles. We, the family, were stress free knowing Mom was getting the care she needed. Also, we really appreciate the diligence Pam and Montana exerted to work Mom in.

Signature Healthcare of Glasgow is by far the best facility I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of! I would suggest them to anyone! Compassionate employee's who provide the BEST care! I truly feel at home here.

Physical and occupational therapy are Great. Staff are excellent. Signature Always clean.

I would love to give a huge shout out to the therapy group I had when I was at Signature Healthcare and Rehab. I went in Signature on May 18th 2024,I had no control over my right leg and after being there for 3 weeks I got control back over my leg. I would highly recommend these therphyist to anyone. Ashton,Rachel, Ezekiel, Courtney, Deleashia and Mallory which is WKU student and Mary I believe she was a traveling therapist. I would not be where I'm at today without this amazing rehab team. I will rate them at a 10 being the BEST. I left Signature on June 8th 2024. I again give this rehab team a HUGE shout out and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Signature in the time that I was here was very courteous. I really had no problems with none of the employees, and I had a very enjoyable stay, especially with Sandy and a few others who were top notch.

The staff are friendly and the facility is clean and impressionable!

My aunt was in the facility and we were able to visit her at the window. We appreciated it very much because we could see what she looked like and how she was doing. Her hair always looked nice and she was always presentable. We had great communication about her care with staff and many times she would tell us over the phone that she would get to eat donuts. The therapy team was great and now she is home and doing well. Thanks Signature Healthcare at Glasgow!

Great building and some of the nicest staff you will ever meet. The resident interaction is great and they always put people first! The administrator is the best, she is always smiling and very welcoming. Great place for your family!

My family member was in a private room for rehab to home. The room was decorated nicely. The staff interactions were really good, we got to meet each member of management. I would recommend this facility over any others in the area, it is clean, staff is friendly, and rehab did an excellent job. My family member never had a complaint about anything. I know she enjoyed bingo, getting her nails painted, and the staff interaction. The food was good and she always had a second option, she really enjoyed the breakfast.

Signature of Glasgow is my home away from home. I consider stakeholders and patients as my second family!
