I have been with Spring View since December 2021 and absolutely love it here! Very family oriented atmosphere, outstanding staff, and the best residents! I’m proud to be a part of the Spring View team.

Springview is a caring and loving facility. They go above and beyond to make the residents happy and to put a smile on their face.

I been here for 4 months rehabing from a shoulder surgery. Most of the employees are very kind and helpful. Heather is great at helping you get stuff lined out. I would recommend springview if you are needing rehab or care facility.

I love how far the staff will go to make the residents smile. 😃 the residents are always doing some kind of activities and always in a good mood because of it.

My daddy was here and my uncle is here now. I have never had any issues with the carw they receive. The staff here goes above and beyond to care for the residents! Great place!

SpringView is a beautiful facility!! Every time I visit I am greeted with smiling faces and warm embraces. The residents are so happy as the staff provides a family like environment for them. The food is great and the building is clean. 5/5 would recommend in placing their loved ones here.

I absolutely LOVE Spring View! I am on my 5th year as the Admissions Director at Spring View and I can not imagine going anywhere else. Not to mention, we have the BEST residents.

This place is like a family, they do contest with their patients, they play dress up with them, and the different activities they do is awesome, the patients seems to love them. They take really good care of their patients. If you ever have to put a family member in a Nursing Home, this is the one you need, your love one will be well taken care of. The staff is awesome to, and they love each one of their residents.

These people have become my friends and family. This place saved me.

Springveiw Nursing Faculty is the very best !! The patients are treated no different then if they were their family !! Would highly recommend this faculty to anyone !!

Lots of great activities and events! Holiday events are usually fun to watch and attend, and I know lots of people there. Great place, great staff, what's not to love?

Springview has some of the friendliest staff, nice atmosphere for their residence and they always go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and at home at Springview. I especially love all the games they play and activities they do with the residence to get people smiling and moving, Spring view is a great place!

The pay is absolutely horrible, they have carpet throughout the place and it stinks badly. We won't even start on how they neglected my aunt before her passing. Dirty trays in rooms, water cups NEVER in grabbable area. This whole place needs a new overhaul.

Spring View Nursing & Rehabilitation is in terrible, terrible conditions. They're short-handed, and one time they didn't give my father his meds all day, and made excuses of why he wasn't getting his meds. They tell me that my dad has cancer all over his body. The report that we got from the CT scan says he only has colon cancer, but they're trying to tell me he has liver cancer, stomach cancer, and prostate cancer. When I went to visit my dad and I told them to give him a stool softener, it took how many days for the nurses to finally get it right and to give him a stool softener once a day. They just could not get it right. Other patients within the Spring View are crying for help, and no nurse is coming to help them. Before I left Kentucky, I asked my dad if he was in pain, and he said no. I asked him several times. Now they're pumping him up with morphine and I told the nurse, "Do not give my dad morphine." He doesn't need it. On top of that, they didn't even try to give my dad more physical therapy than what he had. The doctor never comes around, and a nurse practitioner is running the whole show, and she is mostly on the phone all day. It's quite disturbing to be a visitor and to have patients crying for help, and nobody's coming to help them. I'm very upset because I told the nurse to not give my dad morphine. There are other medications to give him that are not there to knock him out cold, but they're giving him morphine for him to die sooner. The food is so terrible that the majority of the patients do not eat the food. I tasted the food myself because my dad was telling me it's horrible. I tasted the food myself more than one time just to see if my dad was telling me the truth. Yes, it's horrible. The facility smells like urine and poop. The maintenance person, if there's stuff on the floor, they don't come and sweep it up. They do not pick up the urine bottle for when my dad's got to go pee. They leave it there all day. They don't even come and pick it up. When you walk in though, it looks pretty decent. The value, I would say, is a five. They're charging $200 a day, that is what it's worth.

I have been a part of Spring View Nursing and Rehab since February 2021. I am extremely happy that I returned to Leitchfield area and joined the Spring View Family. The atmosphere, the teamwork, the facility pride, and most importantly-the love and care the staff give the residents is truly special. Spring View is family. I am also proud of the community support from local businesses, families, and city government. 2020 into 2021 has been trying times for long term care. Spring View has faced obstacles during the past 15+ months. Thanks to the staff, families, and the local community for being part of the Spring View Family and assisting through these difficult times.

Bed unmade. Face not washed and was told that he had a bath this am had dry crusty build up around ears and inside ears was sitting straight up in chair again instead of being reclined back as was told they would do after each meal or place in recliner short sleeve shirt care plan for long sleeve elbow pads not on laying in chair in room.

Concerns me that an 80 year old is not allowed to exit the building at the side entrance next to the parking lot but made to walk all the way around the building when she has difficulty walking and the staff aren’t willing to help by opening an exit door and allowing her to get to the car by the shorter distance. And no where to park on the side by the entrance they expect you to use. Something needs to be looked at for the elderly coming to visit here

Mistreat people and feed them spoiled food need the Health Board to go in and investigate

They are very understaffed which is not their fault but they ignored my grandma when she needed help. Left her sitting in halls or in a wheelchair unable to stand to get into her own bed. Said she was fine when she was throwing up because of a twisted bowl. And would regularly bring the wrong food to her then not bring her meal when she asked them for the correct food that would not make her sick.

Such a nice and caring staff. Beautiful set up inside and out. Patty in admissions is great!

What an outstanding facility, I always enjoy my visits to Spring View.

My grand parent's are there I thank it is a wounderful place. Compared to a few rehabs i have worked in.
