I was just in the salon today. I can’t express how clean and pretty you all have made it. The art work on the wall matches the artist “AKA “ the wonderful hair dresser. Extremely impressed with the whole facility, very clean and no smell..

Justin and his team are one of a kind. They truly are the kindest people who go above and beyond for the love of their residents. The facility is beautifully maintained and clean, and the meals are always tailored to the resident's preferences. The residents are always smiling and involved in so many wonderful activities. There is one thing I have learned: there is never a dull moment at Beaver Dam. You are greeted warmly from the start and feel like family almost immediately. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. Highly recommend!

Clean building, friendly staff. Amazing dietary staff! Everyone does everything they can do to make sure the residents are happy and cared for! Home away from home.

My daughter and granddaughter both work at Beaver Dam Nursing. They both talk about how much they love it there. I have been to a couple of events that we took my great granddaughter too and the staff were very friendly. When I walked into the building it appeared very clean and there were no odors like most nursing homes. I would put my family there.

This facility is the best! The residents are well treated and the staff is friendly and compassionate. Five stars!

Love the staff and how everyone makes it their priority to treat everyone like family regardless if they are family members visiting a resident, staff, transportation and delivery drivers bringing what our residents order.

Before I left my comment I read through other reviews! The facility is now under new management, it’s absolutely amazing. There are no carpets in the facility anymore, that happened a couple years ago. The cleanliness is better than it’s ever been. They also have a new dietary management that does an amazing job on bringing more variety to the residents! It’s a really great place to work and a great place for your loved ones!

Beaver Dam Nursing Facility is such a great place. Everyone always makes you feel welcomed and loved whenever you walk into the building. The staff there work hard to give the residents everything they need and want. This is definitely the best nursing home!

The staff here are amazing and dedicated. Awesome family atmosphere.

I absolutely love my job working in therapy with these residents. My therapy team are some of the best therapist and most caring I've every worked with. If you are looking to come here or send your family for rehab, do not hesitate to send them our way because our therapy team has the knowledge and tools to get them back to their old lives. Over the past few years I've seen many changes which have really improved the facility including new flooring and new management. Our administrator truly cares for the residents and goes out of his way to take part in activities and spending time with each resident. We also have recently adopted 2 dogs which bring so much joy to our residents. I love all the residents here and would not want to work anywhere else.

They have an excellent team of care givers. Food is excellent! Therapy team is first class!

I love this facility! Everyone is like family and cares for each other and the residents as family. I love the atmosphere and home like environment!

Note: the star rating is from a couple years ago. Management has changed so it might be better now? But that was the rating of my last experience there. Note: this rating is from an employee POV, not as a resident or family member, so that experience would be different.

My family was worried that our loved one would be very unhappy in any facility, but the staff at Beaver Dam Nursing made her so comfortable. She really seems to like it there and has the staff wrapped around her finger!

We have my father in Beaver Dam Nursing & Rehab Center. He has dementia, but he's just in a normal room. It's a good atmosphere. The rooms are a little small, but he's getting pretty good care. We're happy with it. His mom and dad and brother and sister were all there, and I had grandparents on my mother's side that was there, too. He's in the rehab part now because he fell and broke his hip. Our experience has been good. We've got to go in and see him any time we wanted, and they've always been attentive and answered any questions or anything we had. They're all friendly and very helpful. They've got a good dining area and good lounge areas. He's always eating in his room anytime I've been there or out in the lounge area with us. They kind of let them just eat wherever they want. He hasn't been there long enough or mobile enough to be involved in much of the activities. I have seen them where someone is leading them doing something, but I haven't paid any attention to know what it was. It's all good. It was decorated up for Christmas. They always change things up a little bit. It always looked a little bit different whenever I go in (the decorations and what they have hanging on the walls). His room is always clean and pretty orderly. We're happy with it.

It always seems clean when we visit my mother in law. The staff is friendly and they have lots of fun activities for the residents. The only complaint I've heard her mention is the food needs a little work.

Managed poorly. Can't keep staff, with very high overturn of staff...Where they bathe the residences has a horrible smell...I wouldn't bath my dog in there...Has carpet and saw a resident spitting out his phlegm on the carpet..Carpet holds in nasty germs..Had recent Norovirus outbreak..Also, plumbing in residences bathroom backs up...Just plane Dirty and Nasty

I have been to many facilities and this one shows great care with the residents. Very clean facility.

Horrible.... horrible nursing home never would I ever wanna be in a place like that. Shame on that nursing home.
