The Team at Beaver Dam is absolutely amazing! Their Prom is an event that brings such purpose to the entire community. You always see the residents happy and administration very active in the day to day care environment.

Our family had an excellent experience with Beaver Dam Nursing& Rehab. The entire team provided top-tier care and they always went above and beyond to make sure our loved one was comfortable and happy. The facility is clean, well-maintained and filled with staff who genuinely care about the residents. I highly recommend them to ANY family looking for peace of mind and excellent care.

Couldn't ask for a more caring staff for our residents. Always something fun and exciting for our residents to do. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home like atmosphere for their loved ones.

I get my hair done there. Am amazed how clean everything is there. No smell. Always friendly and I love how they have things for the residents all the time!! And of course I love Lottie Sanchez that does my hair!

We came to Beaver Dam Nursing and Rehab today with our good truck. All the employees and residents were very friendly, happy, and sweet. I went inside to use the restroom, expecting the "usual" smell. To my surprise it smelled good in there, the lobby was super clean, the restroom was clean, everyone looked happy and were so inviting. From someone who has been employeed by many nursing homes and assisted living facilities, this means something to me! Super proud of their team and can't wait to visit again!

These people really love what they do and the people they take care of.

A nice place. Residents seem happy for the most part and activities are unique and fun. I love seeing how much fun the residents have on their Facebook page.

My mom is currently a resident at beaver dam nursing and rehab and I wouldn’t want her anywhere else. The facility is 5 stars in every aspect! They are my family, and go above and beyond what you would expect from a facility. The activities department is out of this world! I always tell everyone I know if they have a loved one that needs care this is the place they need to go to feel at home

This GOD AWFUL experience was from a cpl of years ago. The staff seemed to have it together when we were there to visit my mom, but, time told a diffrent story, she passed away there, thats a whole other part of this review. But, to call there and actually speak to someone, that was a laugh. NOT one NOT one of my calls was EVER EVER returned. In which i called on a daily basis, the homes number. The patient number 99% of the time it was either busy or a resident would answer (patient phone) and NEVER get me to my mother. Poor poor. My mother passed away in Jan. 23. The home had my number, my daughters # and my boy friend at the times #. They did NOT reach out to any of us. Instead they reached out through social media, to my exhusband son that I had NOT spoken to nor interacted with in over 20 some years. They took a shot in the dark at that. By finding the McCoy on FB. I was not able to be in KY for several months as my daughter was in an accident and is a dbl leg amputee and i was and still am taking care of and helping her. My mom knew that and understood. I just am so upset as to how they handled it ALL. They never reached out to me NEVER!!!!!!!!! I see now they're under new managment. Thats a blessing. I see nothing but 4 and 5 stars for reviews now. I pray the rsidents are getting the treatment they deserve and their families are able to interact with them and that the home itself is finally answering calls returning voice mails and giving families the respect and compassion they deserve when their loved ones pass away. That is something I myself did NOT recieve. It was devistating!!!! Again, thank the lord they're under new managment. No-one deserves to be treated how i was! NO-ONE

I was just in the salon today. I can’t express how clean and pretty you all have made it. The art work on the wall matches the artist “AKA “ the wonderful hair dresser. Extremely impressed with the whole facility, very clean and no smell..

Justin and his team are one of a kind. They truly are the kindest people who go above and beyond for the love of their residents. The facility is beautifully maintained and clean, and the meals are always tailored to the resident's preferences. The residents are always smiling and involved in so many wonderful activities. There is one thing I have learned: there is never a dull moment at Beaver Dam. You are greeted warmly from the start and feel like family almost immediately. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. Highly recommend!

My daughter and granddaughter both work at Beaver Dam Nursing. They both talk about how much they love it there. I have been to a couple of events that we took my great granddaughter too and the staff were very friendly. When I walked into the building it appeared very clean and there were no odors like most nursing homes. I would put my family there.

This facility is the best! The residents are well treated and the staff is friendly and compassionate. Five stars!

Love the staff and how everyone makes it their priority to treat everyone like family regardless if they are family members visiting a resident, staff, transportation and delivery drivers bringing what our residents order.

Before I left my comment I read through other reviews! The facility is now under new management, it’s absolutely amazing. There are no carpets in the facility anymore, that happened a couple years ago. The cleanliness is better than it’s ever been. They also have a new dietary management that does an amazing job on bringing more variety to the residents! It’s a really great place to work and a great place for your loved ones!
