Boonesboro Trail Senior Living

My mom has been a resident at Boonesboro Trail Senior Living Center for 2 years; I absolutely cannot imagine her living anywhere else. The entire staff, from top to bottom, are amazing! To a person, they treat each resident as if they were their own parents/grandparents. Boonesboro Trail has many internal activities each week and have special events for things like Mother's Day, Veterans Day, Easter, etc. They also, periodically, take the residents (they have a van/bus) to lunch at restaurants, drives in the country, etc. One thing some of the residents really enjoy is the gardening club in which they plant and take care of various flowers & vegetables in the courtyard ... they won the Trilogy Network prize for the best flower garden last year :-) I'm in Boonesboro Trail very frequently and have befriended many of the residents. I talk with as many of them as I can each time I'm there; I can honestly say that they're all happy and comfortable there. My mom is thriving at Boonesboro Trail Senior Living Center and very much enjoys living there! I'm REALLY glad we got my mom into the perfect place for her on the first go!

I absolutely love this location. I’ve had the opportunity to spend time with residents at three Trilogy-owned properties in Lexington, and this one truly stands out. I confidently refer all of my clients here because of the outstanding care consistently provided. The staff genuinely cares about each resident, and it’s clear that the residents care deeply for one another as well. The assisted living campus is beautiful—extremely comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and the variety of floor plans available is simply amazing. When it comes to Memory Care, this is hands down the best place I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of. The compassion, professionalism, and sense of community here are unmatched.

I know several people who do live there and they all seem to love the food and camaraderie with Winchester friends. I have only heard from one client there that if you push the button on the necklace you wear around your neck, it might take awhile to get someone to come and help you. We wondered together if there could be an emergency code like 3 pushes in a row for "need help immediately " like an SOS!! It is a nice facility and my brother enjoyed living there.

Boonesboro trail is always clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are all kind, caring and welcoming. The residents are all happy and well cared for and give high recommendations. I enjoy all the post of all the fun activities they hafts for their residents 🥰

This place is wonderful! Clean and spacious. They have a great place that cares about their employees. They cook real, authentic food for their patients. Whitney is a cook in the kitchen and she really takes pride in cooking for her residents!

Expensive to sign in but then the third month was free so that was really nice! Everything is clean and nice. People are friendly and lots of familiar faces from the community of Winchester. Plenty of meal services, a small gym, and activities for all.

Definitely have to give Boonesboro Trail senior living a 10 the best place to live, food is amazing every meal, all the staff go above and beyond to help their residents feel like family. The facility inside and out is so warming you feel the welcome right away. Thank you for loving our mom

The transition stage is never easy for a family but Boonesboro Trail has been a blessing! My mom moved in over a year ago and has been happier than I've seen her in a long time. She raves about the food, loves the staff, and has made many friends to socialize with. 10/10 recommend!!

My brother moved into Boonesboro Trail Senior Living for 11 hours, but he got combative, so we had to take him to a hospital where he eventually passed away. The facility was new, just built in 2021. They were very super nice people. It's a super clean place. All the staff was friendly. Everybody was just as helpful as they could be. His room was good and it was a little bigger than some. It was clean, and the bathroom was a good size with a standup shower. He had a view of the back where he could see the cars passing on the bypass. When we finally got him moved in with the furniture, they were very helpful in helping us get all that done. And then when they got him in, they were very helpful with everything. All we had to do was ask and they just jumped right on it. They had a good activity list. Because we told them that we'd be coming about every once in a while to take him out for country rides on the weekends, and they said that they have a bus and they'll do country rides.

Boonesboro Trail Senior Living was an awesome place. It would be a great place to live. There were a lot of seniors that live there becaise they had downsized and got rid of their home. it was not because they needed help or anything. They made that their home. It was beautiful and new. It is only two years old, so everything was great. The guy that I spoke with was honest with me about how much care they would give. I even met a housekeeper. They were awesome. The janitor was the one who greeted me at the door and found the person I was supposed to meet. He was awesome. They have craft periods. They put out a newsletter that keeps people in the know for what they have going on. They even have parades and stuff. It sounds like they can keep people busy, if people are interested. They have a library. There was a lady sitting in there that comes down every day, sits, and reads in the library. She likes to get the sun and read out there where people stop by and talk to her. They do laundry once a week, change your bedding, and stuff. It all comes with the price. If you need extra, you can pay extra. I did not try the food but they gave me oatmeal raisin cookies. I brought them home, and they were awesome.

This is an awesome place. All the employees are very caring and they keep me up to date with what is going on with my mom. I am able to finally rest knowing my mother is being completely cared for.

This is an extraordinary and beautiful facility that gives my mother a feeling of home away from home. The staff and chefs are excellent here, and their compassion and patience shows through their interaction with my mom and all the other residents. I would highly recommend Boonesboro Trail Senior Living to anyone that is looking to give their loved ones the care and comfort everyday when you’re not able to be with them. I feel comfort in knowing my mom is well taken care of. Thank you to each and every staff member for all you do, and know that you’re greatly appreciated.

One of the most beautiful campuses I have ever seen! Everyone I have talked to raves about the team and delicious food at Boonesboro Trail. Would recommend to anyone!

It's a beautiful place and it seams like the food is going to be delicious. I would love to be able to live there after I get to where I can't live without help and medical care.
