I love my new home!

I have lived here a year,I absolutely love my home! Yes,I call it my home.Carol & Lucas are excellent. The only thing I wish they had was a balcony,it would be so nice to sit on.my apt.is # 217

I’ve been living in Hamburg Senior Residence (HSR) for three years and I can tell, it’s a great place to live. It’s quiet and welcoming. Carol, the community manager, is an amazing human being. In addition to her human qualities, she is an excellent administrator and outstanding professional. She has an extraordinary talent for managing HSR. Lucas is also an extraordinary professional. I’m amazed by his professionalism, punctuality and multi-task mastering. He is excellent in everything. I would like to congratulate HSR Management for having professionals like Carol and Lucas. I’m also so grateful to both of them. They have been so nice and so helpful and they do everything to keep HSR a great place to live.

I have been here approximately 8 months and I absolutely love it here! The office manager, Carol, is wonderful and truly is interested in all the tenants. She is very friendly and professional. Lucas, our superman maintenance man, is one of the hardest working guys I've ever met. He even comes in on his days off when it snows to clear and salt the sidewalks. Any maintenance issues that do arise are addressed in record time. Both Carol and Lucas are so friendly and kind. The apartment building is quiet (BIG PLUS) and the tenants are friendly. The units are very nice and feel like "home". I can't imagine living anywhere else.

Great place to live and wonderful folks as well. The office staff is friendly and helpful and any maintenance is taken care of quickly. It's quiet and I always have felt safe here. I would certainly recommend Hamburg Senior Residence to anyone. Just an addition to my past review here and want to say how pleased I am for the Hamburg Senior Residence. It's a great place to live and I have never regretted moving here. I would recommend it to others wholeheartedly. The staff is wonderful and it's a very small nice community of folks that live here.

I love this place. It is ideal for me.Carol is an excellent Administrator. I have compassion for her. Seniors tend to be set in their ways and can be impossible to satisfy. Carol is able to deal with those few in a diplomatic way and deserves much more credit than she receives. Love you Carol.♥️

Excellent senior apartments. The manager Carol and maintenance man Lucas are very helpful. Locations is great. Very modern. There are always tweeks to add to anything but this all in all a very good place to live. The only thing I would add is a shower with step in of only 6 inches for those who are disabled. Your are close to every kind of store and amusements you want and it is extremely safe. Pet friendly is a plus.

I have been here since it open. My experience here has been quite Rocky at first. When you hired Carol she is a real plus, you can always go to her with things that you need done and she is always willing to listen and help. I thank God for her and her kindness and tell everyone I know if they want to apply here that she will take very good care of them. I'm glad she is here. I am glad that I found the Hamburg Residence. It is the perfect place for me to live at this time in my life. I am 69 single and use a walker. I am not ready to go into a nursing home - am able to tend to myself and this is a perfect fit. I still have the freedom to go as I like but the apartments are well suited for comfort, elevator for easy access and the ability to meet new people or stay to myself. I like the set up here - it is well kept and enjoyable decor. Thanks Thank you!
