Richmond Place

We had a wonderful experience at Lexington Premier Rehabilitation. My mother was only there for one week, but during that time the staff treated her with such kindness, compassion, and respect. They were incredibly attentive to her needs and genuinely cared about her recovery. Unfortunately, we’ve had experience with several rehabilitation facilities over the years due to my mother’s health challenges. After she broke her hip, the team at Lexington Premier helped her regain strength and confidence in just one week. Their dedication and encouragement made a meaningful difference in her recovery. We want to sincerely thank the entire staff for everything you did for our family. Out of every rehabilitation facility we’ve experienced in Lexington, this is the one we would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for the exceptional care and compassion you showed my mother.

First impression for my wife was the room looked like a hotel room with pictures on the walls, nice chairs, nightstand, etc. Also she said there was no “nursing home smell”. For me the care was very good. Most of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was obvious that they cared and wanted you to get healthy. Therapy staff were very friendly and caring. They were knowledgeable about their jobs. Treatment was very good. Patients were able to make progress toward a healthier existence. Rooms and the building were clean and well maintained. The food was good or very good. A holiday meal consisted of barbecue ribs, corn on the cob and green beans. Over the last few years I have been in four skilled nursing facilities. Lexington Premier was by far the best of the four.

I visited a dear friend, a Patient on North wing. . My experience was very pleasant. Staff very cordial. Everyone had a smile. I talked with the Associate Administrator about the Senior group I am a part of, wanting to present the Patients on North wing with Christmas gifts this year. We, the Eldercrafters of Lexington are a very small group of Seniors that donate Christmas gifts each year to different organizations. We chose Lexington Premier this year. They are mostly hand made with lots of love. Marsha G. Fields

Very friendly and helpful staff. They answer all questions-and we had a lot! Everyone is kind and considerate. No complaints at all.

They are very kind to my mom while she’s residing there they show her respect and if you have a loved one that needs to go anywhere I would recommend Lexington Premier. Thank you for all the help you have given my mother.

The staff here are so nice we came today on Thanksgiving to see our mom and every worker was polite and very caring they did Thanksgiving meals today for residence and they all looked so happy. 😊

My Father is a client of your rehab program due to a severe neck injury! And although stubborn he is, he’s one of best people who you can ever cross paths with! Thanks for looking after him.

The place was friendly and courteous. I feel at ease having my sister there. It takes special people to care for the elderly and disabled.

So far my uncle is recovering from a massive stroke and each visit i see progress in his awareness. The facilities are clean as i could tell seemed to be a busy place so im sure they were moving the best the could. The nurses helping in the section we are in have been really nice and very helpful considering how tough it is for the family dealing with such a life changing emotional situation. So far so good we keep pray and working one day at a time. God is good!

They are doing a nice job taking care of my grandmother. She's actually been socializing and apparently won at bingo today. They have done really well in my opinion.

Krissy Wimbledon is the best

Today ,October 20, 2024 . Walking in had a very clean smell. The staff on the day shift very friendly and welcoming . Housekeeping even came in to check if everything was okay , very nice man . Today was a improvement for a Sunday at that ! Loved the Halloween decorations in front foyer

Ask 3 times too get husband shaved, never happened. For bath or shower he was wiped down with wipes. He was not helped with feeding as he has only one hand & most of time ate from his bed and could not feed himself very well laying in bed. As any nursing home would not recommend!

There are some angels that work at Lexington Premier. Joe (female nursing assistant) on 100 wing is one of them. Her patients love her and their families love her too. There are others that are caring and kind as well but it’s obvious Joe wants her patients well cared for mentally and physically. You never want your family member in a nursing home, however, sometimes it’s a necessity for their safety and I would recommend this one. Shout out to Trevor in the business office. He’s always kind and helpful when you need him. Jennifer the unit manager has always been responsive to my needs and questions concerning my mom.

Lexington Premier is not fancy, but the staff is great. Kind people welcomed my mom and got her settled in. Looking forward to rehab tomorrow!

The care my husband received at Lexington Premier Rehab was more than outstanding. Every nurse listened and addressed every care and concern with kindness and understanding. They explained what to expect and helped me fill out forms for insurance. I would not hesitate to go there myself if needed. Your parents will be in good care there..and the rooms are private. I couldn’t ask for a better place of care for my dad to rehabilitate. He has been treated very well with a smile and getting the medical attention he needs. The staff is amazing and I can’t thank them enough for doing what I can’t. This is an experience I’ll never forget. The love and compassion they have for the residents is contagious!!! I strive to be as caring as this facility!!

Kim was absolutely very kind and tried her best to help my mother. I really appreciate thst she listened to our problem and went out of her way to solve the issue.

My aunt was here for a few months after a stroke. They were just the best. They took such good care of her and helped so much with the rehab and medicare paperwork. They were so patient and caring with her. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Had the best experience. I have been to 3 physical rehab places and this place was the best. Food was amazing and the rooms are the best I have ever seen. The staff were so excellent and they have met every need I have ever had since I have been here.

I just visited a family member today, the atmosphere was caring and calming. The care my family member is receiving here is amazing. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you to the staff for all you do and are doing for us during this difficult time.

I absolutely love this place!! The awesome staff is what brings the best out in this place!! Especially, staff member, Ginger Moore.

My mom was in room 117 in the fall of 2021. They was two aides I cannot brag on enough. One of which is still there. Ginger & Autumn was able to get my mom to eat and enjoy life up until her final moments. Ginger was able to get my mom to eat pizza again. Ginger sat with my mom until her final breath was taken. I couldn’t be more grateful for the facility and those two aides.

Lexington Premier is a pretty good place

Missing the residents and the works but in all it’s about the residents.

Lexington Premier Nursing and rehab has been a godsend to me and my needs. The staff is top rate no doubts and friendly to all. They have a good activities staff as well that run the morning coffee clutch and have fun events for folks to join in with. Would recommend it for the needs of your loved ones and family. You would all be impressed and happy with their care. I can not say it has always been perfect or easy to get the or npc to take some issues serious and see tests are run without really complaining over and over two to three times a day. Then again they get very busy and can be hard to keep up for them. Will say that should be addressed at times and extra npcs or another doctor be added to the staff. Also I have seen depths of caring from the staff from duty nurses to cna's and physical therapists. have seen a few not able to hide a few tears when someone passes away at times. They do have hearts and care deeply even the ones who at times seem distant or cold to the patients. Being a patient have seen the staff when they least noticed sometimes you watch you see the real hearts and souls that some might call diamonds in the rough.

Best nursing home I've ever seen. The staff are so helpful. Residents are happy and the energy is so positive you feel the good vibes walking through the door.

Maintenance department does a wonderful job on upkeep

When we review facilities of sorts we think of quality of care however it extends to many different departments that contribute to their success not only in their skills and qualifications but their empathy toward others, I'd like to give a shout out to the lady in the maintenance dept,Lynsie keep bringing those smiles and kind words that you do on a daily basis, you my dear make a difference daily! Lexington Premier kudos to you.
