Staff is friendly and responsive to patient and family needs/concerns. Having this local facility has been a blessing to our family, allowing regular visitation with our loved one.
They Never Wear Name Tags And The Food Is Bad. No More Sandwich At Breakfast. You Lied ! And I Keep Getting Them.

Loved my visit at Mountain Ridge a few days ago. The staff had the patients up that were able to be and providing special activities for them to be involved in. They also had the ones that wished to be outside on the patio there getting to be in the sunshine/pretty weather communicating with some of the other patients, staff and friends.
The staff is always so kind & professional.
My MIL loved it there. She was the “queen” of B hall. They treated her so good. Made sure she had what she wanted to eat, drink, etc. but most importantly they let her be herself.
Megan is so kind and knowledgeable with helping with patient referrals. She really cares about her patients.
The staff are always friendly and participating in activities with the residents, always going above and beyond. The facility is clean and organized.

I’ve visited mountain ridge health and rehab several times and every time I can say it is very nice and clean. The clients there are all taken very good care off. Always with clean clothes and out visiting with others. They love visitors. So if you get a chance to stop by and say hello, drop in and if you have snack cakes the clients there will love you even more! I spent Halloween with them and it was an eye opener. The staff at Mountain Ridge are very caring and compassionate care givers.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Mountain Ridge Health and Rehab. From the moment our loved one was admitted, we felt welcomed and reassured by the caring and compassionate staff. The nurses and CNAs went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met, and they always treated our family member with dignity and respect.
Communication was excellent—any time we had questions or concerns, someone was always available to help and keep us informed. The therapy team was also amazing and played a huge role in our loved one’s progress.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. It truly gave us peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such good hands.

I cannot say enough good things about Mountain Ridge Health and Rehab. Placing a loved one in a facility is never a easy , but the staff here made the entire process so much more comfortable for our family . From day one, they showed genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism .

The staff at this facility are so kind and compassionate! Every single time I am here for a visit I find that the residents are happy, smiling and well cared for. The staff greet me when I enter and walk down the halls. This is an excellent center for care for your loved one and you can tell that the staff truly care about their residents and take pride in their work.
