Maple Health and Rehabilitation

My wife is staying there after breaking her leg. She is not happy about the food. But she will ask for other things they bring her. The place smells great compared to any other skilled nursing facility. The staff and nurses have all been friendly and helpful.

Our family had a good experience at Maple Manor while my grandmother was there. Shelia and Teresa were especially wonderful. They were very kind and treated our family with true compassion during a difficult time. We truly appreciate the care and kindness the entire staff showed to both my grandmother and our family.

My uncle was there they took care of him great he said if it wasn't for maple he probably wouldn't have recovered so well

My Husband Brother Danny Miller goes to Maple Manor, and when he comes home he’s so excited and blessed. You can tell how much the staff cares and their professionalism stands out from above the rest of all the others in our community.

Dedicated and friendly staff. There's a genuine commitment to the care of their residents. The environment is welcoming and clean. I enjoy my visits and interactions with staff and residents.

They have been really good to me,while my stay here,,they taken care of my issues I came in with,the staff is great,they have went beyond to make me comfortable,,I will stay again if need be.

Maple staff provides excellent care. I have been a resident here since July. I was in another facility before coming to Maple. Maple is so much better. The Administrative staff interact with daily events for all the residents. Facility is very clean. The food is good and they let me make choices that work better for me. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.My CNA's are awesome!

My Granddad was at Maple for a couple of years. He loved the food and therapy. Everyone was very caring. The facility was very clean.

I have been a resident at maple health for 7 years. The nursing staff at Maple Health provide top notch care. I highly recommend Maple to anyone who needs short term rehab care or long term care. They are like my family. I would not want be in any other facility.

Impressive staff on C hall very nice and helpful.A hall not so much especially Sunshine think was her name . Asked for assistance to go to my sister in laws car she said to call my hall nurse.Ended up her having to help and all she did was hold one door didn't help with wheelchair or anything.She also argued with two washing clothes ladies which she instacated by bad mouthing one of the girls which they stood up for themselves and wasn't their fault.If your going to have someone at the greeting desk make them more pleasant. Doctor not impressed with have known about the edema in my legs for weeks and didn't do anything about it.Other problems to much to mention.Great therapy dept.

The employees of Maple Health and Rehab are professional, caring, and competent. My family member, who is receiving skilled rehab, is doing very well and progressing daily. The care provided has been excellent. The facility is older and could be updated but, the quality of service overshadows that need.

BHall aides are great. The residents love being having beauty shop day. And just having special time spent with them.

Maple Health B-Hall CNA’S rock out their daily assignments with detail, compassion and kindness. Residents are family not a job. They go above and beyond for their residents needs.

Maple is a very good place for rehab. I highly recommend to all. I haVe bsen here 3 times. I will come back again. The nurses and staff are great. They take good care of me. Food is great. Very clean place.

Wonderful facility.

Literally, the worst place around in regard to management. The frontline staff need direction but have alot of heart. The pictures on this page are extremely old. There is little life here. The ones commenting 5 star are the issues.

This is the most friendly and home like place. Love how ALL the employees do everything that they can to make their residents feel at home. They do an amazing job on making sure that every resident is well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I was a resident at Kindred Maple receiving both rehab and some other services. I could not be more pleased with the care I received. The therapists were extremely knowledgeable and encouraging and I made a lot of progress while there! I truly wish I would've stayed longer. All the staff and administration I encountered were warm and welcoming. I was very apprehensive to go to a "nursing home" but it did not have the feeling I expected. I felt like I was in an apartment or condo facility. It was clean and neat. The service was excellent and I would absolutely recommend Kindred Maple to anyone seeking rehab or skilled services in our region.

What an amazing experience! I am a young woman who's young father had to be in rehab for several weeks following an extensive surgery. Though we were all skeptical about LTC, we had an amazing experience at Maple Manor. Literally everyone from housekeeping to administration were friendly, responsive, and extremely caring. If we ever had a need or request, it was answered timely and to our satisfaction. I am so glad we chose Kindred Maple over any other facility.

We are very pleased with the care my brother receives and the ablity to discuss his problems with the staff. Glad he is there.

Great staff. So far, so good!

Mom has been a patient at Maple twice and the care she received was excellent. I feel it is a place where they are treated as a person with respect and compassion. Mom said everyone was very kind and considerate to her, and that they act as if taking care of patients in a privilege and not a job that has to be done. I was in and out of the facility at all hours of the day and evening, never did I hear an unkind word or unpleasant voice from any of them. All of the people I came into contact with were very nice.

Very impressed with the kind staff and the interaction they had with the residents. The residents were happy and clean. The facility is very clean but does need some updating.

I have had family and friends in Maple Manor throughout much of my life, and I have visited this facility several times. I am always impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and how knowledgeable they seem to be. For example, we may ask a question about where so-and-so is now or what they've been up to and the staff remembers well their patients. The smell is sometimes foul, but I've never been in a nursing home where this wasn't the case. One thing that Maple Manor does well is going out of their way to help out a patient. One man, my friend, "Keith", has been in a wheel-chair his whole adult life, but it doesn't get him down. The staff supports "Keith" in all of his extracurricular activities and even goes so far as to make him involved in the day-to-day affairs for entertainment. I've been very impressed with how "Keith" has been treated. The food at Maple Manor also looks good and smells good, though I've never had any of it. The halls and bathrooms always are clean, too, which is a plus when going anywhere in public. Overall, this nursing home seems to be a great facility, for the patients, for their families, and for the staff.
