Sterling Meadows Assisted Living

They’ve taken great care of my mom.

I toured Sterling Meadows, LLC. It's very clean. Everybody was very friendly. It looks like a lot of the patients were very engaged and well cared for. They seem to be very knowledgeable about the patients, and very attentive when you come in. When I went in, they were very attentive and I wasn't expecting much. I was very impressed with their security measures. They seemed to have good security measures in place, not only for people coming in but for potential patients trying to leave when they oughtn't.

He's not been there since early April but it worked out well. Dad was really content there for the most part. Only complaint I had was getting timely invoices for insurance. Elevator needed new flooring as I recall and so did dads room but he didn't need carpet. They will probably change that.

I’m so glad that we have Sterling Meadows! They truly care about their residents!

The staff at Sterling Meadows treat my grandmother like their own. They know her by name and go above and beyond to keep her comfortable, happy, and healthy. It brings me peace of mind to know that my grandmother is in their care.

My dad lived there for 8 months. The facility is very nice and clean. Apartment size is perfect. The staff does a great job with the residence. They were all very caring and took great care of dad.

*reposting after they deleted it* First, I would give 5 stars to Sterling Meadows a year ago, the staff was excellent, management was excellent, Sterling Meadows was clean and it was a place I 100% LOVED to work at and have my family member live at. But unfortunately in 2023 it’s went downhill very quickly, SOME of the staff are excellent and care for the residents and go above and beyond, while others are very rude and disrespectful. The facility is very dirty, in the dining room where you can find flies and gnats that will fly into residents and visitors faces and food while you try to eat (residents have fly swatters at their table so they can try to kill the bugs) Not to mention the bugs that has bit me, some residents as well. The elevators has a horrendous smell and the stains are rarely cleaned (as well as the other carpet in the facility); speaking of the Dining Room, the food is good MOST DAYS either comes out half done or the wackiest concoction of food you’ve even seen. Lastly management will go into their offices and close the door, not speaking or interacting with staff, residents or even visitors (unless HR or Corporate comes), I was there almost everyday for a couple of months and I only got 1 “Hello, how are you today” while HR/Corporate sat behind them at the desk. I truly hope Sterling Meadows makes a turn around soon not only for the residents but the employees as well!

I’ve had a great experience interacting with the staff at Sterling Meadows. I went to tour with my family a couple months ago when we were deciding where to place my grandmother. I thought the facility was clean and it is definitely somewhere I would trust to have a family member live. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here! It is well run and I would recommend it if you’re looking to have a family member go into assisted living.

My mom moved into Sterling Meadows 2/2023 and has been doing great there. She has a made some new friends, enjoys having her own space to call home and most of all enjoys the food! The staff are amazing and it has put her kids minds at ease knowing she is being well looked after and always safe, the facility is kept very clean and it's very affordable!

We went to Sterling Meadows, LLC. It looked nice and elegant. The apartment was fine. We didn't care for the carpet, it's kind of depressing, brown, green, or some sort, but they say that you can change the carpet if you want to, and put down the vinyl planks or whatever. The staff was really pleasant, helpful, and answered all the questions. They have a lot of that game and things like it. They take them out on a trip, and they just got back from a field trip. They have a big trip once a month. They were doing some repairs also.

When they were under old management the facility was good however they got new management and it is no longer the same like it use to be. The turnover on staff is high. My loved one is happy there, she likes her apartment and the staff that is there as well as the residents. However I think the management needs major improvements.

It has been a good experience. The facility is spacious, and my dad has plenty of room to roam and walk around, either in the hallways or outside. They seem to attend to him very well. And he seems to be happier there than he was at home. You can't ask for much more than that.

When it was time my mother needed to move to assisted living it was what I thought would be a difficult choice. My mom wanted to stay in the town she currently lived in despite the fact all her children live in different states. When we toured Sterling Meadows located in her town I was immediately at ease and knew my mom would be safe and well taken care of. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Susan Gold the director and her wonderful staff for making this an easy transition. The staff are always available to answer questions and help us with anything we need. They genuinely care about their residents. I highly recommend Sterling Meadows without hesitation.

Sterling Meadows is an awesome facility! Each and every staff member is so, so kind and very competent. They take excellent care of the residents and keep in touch with family every day if needed. There aren’t words strong enough to express my gratefulness, so I will just say THANK YOU!!

This is a eloquent , very beautiful place to have any event that you might need to have . The staff here is so nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone !

I love attending the social events at Sterling Meadows! All the staff I’ve met have been enthusiastic and helpful. The building and grounds are lovely.

The staff members at Sterling Meadows are each so kind and competent. I couldn’t ask for a better assisted living for my mother. She enjoys daily Tai Chi, chair exercises, devotions and art 3 times a week Mon-Fri. My mom also loves her gardening time twice a week. She said, “Come and join us!”

very well aiministered good value. my father became diabetic while there, no fault of theirs, and does not have services to deal with injections, so we pulled him out. They are friendly and try to make things workable. They keep in contact with changes or concerns that come up. I very much appreciate there efforts. Thank you,
