The audio podcast, Aging With Grace 55+™, debuted in October 2020 as an attack on rampant Ageism and is designed for upbeat Baby Boomers. This audio series provides useful tips for not only taking care of self, family, and friends but options for enjoying life more abundantly than many even thought possible for people making the most of advancing years.

This national series can be heard on Google, Apple, Spotify and other popular on line listening platforms. Creator and host Dale Josey combines subject matter experts with topical content on this 30-45-minute engaging lifestyle podcast for aging well in Kentucky and beyond. Sponsored in part by Kentucky AARP (100G+ listeners) Dale needs sponsors for 5-7 minute segments within each episode. He also is inviting seniors to share favorites recipes, milestone events, and other gems of life as part of I Remember When...  Episode 8 is scheduled for release next month for everyone who is planning to or are currently aging with grace.
