Argentum will be hosting Argentum’s Executive Director Leadership Institute (EDLI) virtually starting November 10.This timely program will provide leaders with valuable training and networking opportunities, as well as a chance to earn essential CEUs (12.5), without the need to travel away from their communities.

EDLI is consistently popular among attendees, routinely ranking as Argentum’s top educational program. This year’s program participants will hear from a cross section of industry CEOs and other experts on key topics—sales and marketing, diversity and inclusion, risk management, mission and margin, resident engagement, burnout and retention, and more—all with an eye toward the impacts of COVID-19. The schedule has been designed for the busy community leader—just 2.5 hours/day for five days—but recordings will be available for all registrants after the event.
