On Tuesday, March 30, Willis Towers Watson led an informational webinar regarding the OSHA NEP (National Emphasis Program) and what it will mean for the senior living industry. They shared some helpful information about how to prepare for and successfully manage an OSHA NEP inspection.

In addition, and not related to the NEP, they shared information about the OSHA Site Specific Targeting (SST) program inspection (a separate inspection that only occurs after a complaint).
